Terms of Service for INTIMACY Membership by Allan McGrath Isbell

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your enrollment and participation in the INTIMACY Membership program (“Membership”). By enrolling, you agree to the following:

1. Program Description

The INTIMACY Membership provides live, online group sessions for couples, including guided polarity practices, embodiment exercises, and live Q&A. Sessions are generally held twice per month, and replays are provided. Allan McGrath Isbell reserves the right to adjust session times or content as needed.

2. Eligibility

  • The Membership is designed for couples who wish to deepen intimacy and connection in their relationship.

  • While you do not need to be in a legally recognized partnership, you must participate with a partner. Solo participation is not permitted.

  • You and your partner must be at least 18 years of age to enroll.

  • By enrolling, you affirm that you are in sound physical, emotional, and psychological health to participate in embodiment and polarity practices.

3. Payment and Billing

  • Monthly Subscription: If you select the monthly option, your card will be charged $150 each month until you cancel.

  • Six-Month Pay in Full: If you select the six-month pay-in-full option, your card will be charged $765 once at the time of enrollment.

All payments are processed securely through the designated payment processor. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date.
